A 3 star hotel. It comprises of 220 rooms conference, ballroom, restaurant, gymnasium, sauna, games room, landscape pool and tennis court.
The hotel consists of the central building that house the public areas and two wings that house the 220 rooms. The building was divided into symmetrical blocks for three reasons,
The first to minimize the tensional moment due to an earthquake. The second one is to reduce the length of the building and the third one is because of the difference in building heights. The structural analysis was carried out using a 3-D model.
